~For wigs that are not on hand, Processing takes 1-2 days, and shipping takes 3-7 business days.

~Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number...tracking activity usually becomes available after 24 hours.

~Once payment has been made, and your item(s) have shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking numbers are sent to the email provided at checkout.

~Any lost or stolen packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Once a package is shipped, we are no longer responsible for it.
