  • Can I return or exchange an item purchased?

  • When do orders get shipped out?
    ~All online orders will be shipped out the following business day. Once shipped, customers will receive their tracking number.
  • Are there delivery options available?
    ~Yes, local delivery is available!
  • How long is processing, shipping, and handling for wigs?
    ~ For ready-to-wear wigs (with no custom add-ons), shipping takes 3-7 days. ~For wigs that are not on hand, Processing takes 1-2 days, and shipping takes 3-7 business days. ~Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number...tracking activity usually becomes available after 24 hours.
  • How do I track my order?
    ~Once payment has been made, and your item(s) have shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking numbers are sent to the email provided at checkout. ~BeautiByNiy is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. ~Any lost or stolen packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Once a package is shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. By placing your order, you are acknowledging that you have read and accept our policy that BeautiByNiy will not be held responsible for delayed packages or delivery issues.
