SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders take 1-2 days to process. Once Processing is complete, orders will be handed over to a trusted shipping carrier. Once orders are shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Once units are complete, you will then recieve a follow up email with your wigs completion date, along with pictures to confirm that you are satisfied with the final look. For pre-order wigs, processing, shipping, and customization typically take 3-4 weeks (excluding holidays & bank holidays)
